Customers have expressed mixed feelings about the service and food quality at a Taco Bell location. Some have complained about long wait times, rude staff, and cold food. However, others have praised the friendly and efficient service they have experienced, mentioning that their orders are always correct and the food is made with care. The restaurant appears to have issues with wait times, online order pick up, and using kiosks to place orders, but overall seems to have a dedicated staff that strives to provide good service.

First off, this Taco Bell location has been well known locally to be bad for years, with slow service, a high chance of wrong orders, and a (anecdotal in my experience) roughly 75% of being canceled if ordering through a service like Uber Eats . Recentlythey remodeled this location and I thought I would give it another chance today. I can say that the store is now clean, and theinterior actually looks pretty nice, already things are looking up right? As I stand by the counter looking at the menu tryingto figure out what I would like to order a person there goes Hello, you should use the kiosk behind you when you want to order my response No problem, thanks . I proceed to use the kiosk, only to find that some of what I was going to order was not in themenu (but on the board behind the counter). I then spend the next 8 minutes trying to flag any employee down, including theperson working the drive through window who had asked me to use the kiosk, even calling out excuse me , meanwhile not a singleorder has gone out the window, and I can hear and see the employees laughing, joking, playing catch with garbage (using plasticcup lids like Frisbees) and doing everything but work. Finally the person at the drive through window looked over at me, visiblyrolled her eyes, walked over and this was how the interaction went: Her Yes? Me: A couple of things I wanted to order are noton the kiosk system her: ok me: Could I order those? her did you order your other stuff? me: no, why would I order apartial order? her: Well if you do your main order there and you want that other stuff I guess I could do that part here me: Why wouldn 't I do it all here, like a normal order? her: What do you think a normal order is? me: You know, doing it all atonce so it all comes at the same time, and is paid for once her: whatever. what do you want from me me: Attentive service, would be a good start her: I 'm talking to you me: thanks, have a good evening, t

I like Taco Bell, and probably will always. But this location needs to get their act together. I had worked until 12:30am and I was tired, had a head ache, and just didn't want to make food when I got home. So I ordered ahead for a pick up. I pull up tothe drive thru, and I immediately get told they aren't taking orders for the next 15-20 minutes because their system is down. Iwas fine with that since I've worked at DQ and I know the systems can and will go down temporarily. So I said I'd wait. Theytold me to go into the parking lot and they'll take my order out to me in 15 minutes. I waited an hour before I finally decidedi was going to try the drive thru one last time when I caught two employees outside. I asked them if the system was back up andthat I had a pick up. They went back inside and I pulled up to the window. They handed me an order and we parted ways. I gothome and I got someone else's order. I wouldn't have minded the wait if I got the right order. I wouldnt have minded the wrongorder if there was no wait. But it was all just a mess and no communication at all. There are other Taco Bells in town, and evenif it's out of the way, it'll probably be a better experience there than here

This is the worst taco bell chain I have ever been to. The workers didn't care they made a mistake on my order. Waited in drive thu for 25mins, then got the wrong order and was told to come into lobby waited another 15min was workers were laughing and joking about how one or the other messed up the order. Seriously waste of my time just wanted a refund at that point and they said they couldn't because it was a online order. NEVER going back to this taco bell ever again even if it was the last taco bell ever to exist.

Unfortunately, this restaurant cannot be classified as fast food. On average, I’ve experienced drive-thru wait times of 25 to 45 minutes, especially when there are 5 to 7 cars lined up behind the food window. If the long wait times don’t discourage you, the inconsistency and quality of the food should definitely raise some concerns. It's essential to double-check your order before leaving, as it’s common to find missing, incorrect, or extra items in your bag. I hope these issues are due to staffing challenges and will improve over time. Until then, I would suggest trying other locations.

The girl at the drive-thru speaker at 8:45 PM on October 15, 2022, should not be working in fast food. She was rude and provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced! If I could give negative five stars, I would. I will never return to that Taco Bell again. They need to learn some manners!
