There were... read more I had a good experience at TGI Friday's with decently-priced food. The staff was attentive and the manager even stopped by our table during our meal. There were a couple of minor issues that came up, but they were both resolved to my satisfaction. The greeter didn't seem to know about my Open Table reservation, but I chalked it up to it being a new program for them. The other issue was that the menu didn't mention peppers, which I don't like, but the pretzel chicken sandwich came with some hot ones. I discussed this with the manager, who acknowledged the oversight but couldn't control the menu printing. He offered to replace my order, but I had already removed the peppers and was enjoying my meal. Overall, it slightly affected my experience but it was still enjoyable.

We encounter... read more Today is TGI Friday, so we decided to enjoy a nice meal at a reasonable price. The staff was attentive and the manager even stayed during our meal. We encountered two small issues, but both were resolved to my satisfaction. The hostess was unaware of my OpenTable reservation, but since the program was new, I chalked it up to a training issue. The other problem was that I do not like paprika at all. The menu did not mention it, but my pretzel chicken sandwich came with a significant amount of it. I spoke to the manager, who agreed that it shouldn't have been there but couldn't control the menu. He offered to replace my dish, but I had already removed the paprika and enjoyed my sandwich. While I realize most people wouldn't be bothered by this, it did slightly detract from an otherwise pleasant dining experience.

I also tried the Bucket of Bones, which is a mix of ribs and traditional wings. I requested BBQ sauce, but the wings came with a whiskey glaze instead. I'm not usually a fan of whiskey, but I was really impressed by how sweet the glaze was. My server, Irene, was absolutely fantastic. When I inquired about the glaze, she immediately apologized and offered to have the wings remade. She was engaging and incredibly friendly, making my visit all the more enjoyable!
