Never eating here again. I waited for over an hour for my food and it didnt come. Employees made me feel left out and I have a zero tolerance of that. Lack of communication is the biggest problem. Either run a restaurant right or shut it down View all feedback.

Horrible service!! There was more than enough bar staff but it seemed no one had worked behind a bar before. We went to see a band we enjoy and sadly won't be coming back to Sluggers even if the band goes back there.
Always a great time. Stu and Tanya are very good, patient and kind bar tenders!
A friend and I were bowling at Super Bowl and also grabbing drinks from Sluggers. We ordered four rounds and asked the bartender if the kitchen was open because we wanted to share a pizza. She informed us that the kitchen was closed since they hadn’t prepared any food the night before and everything was frozen. We accepted that and continued bowling. However, we later noticed that the people in the lane next to us ordered chicken tenders and fries. They were also told the kitchen was closed, but when they inquired at the front desk of Super Bowl, they found out that the kitchen was, in fact, open. The bottom line is that the bartender misled multiple customers because she didn’t want to take any food orders.

Slugger's Sports Bar had a different vibe compared to my last visit. I used to stop by here on Sundays during my weekly commutes. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very friendly this time around...
