Having visited numerous KFC locations, I can confidently say this is the worst one I've ever encountered. My review focuses solely on the food, not on the staff, customer service, or cleanliness of the restaurant. The quality of the food is genuinely alarming. For example, the coleslaw was clearly moldy and had been left at room temperature for over 24 hours – it was possibly the worst thing I've ever tasted. The fries appeared to be leftover from the previous night and likely had not even been refrigerated. I've reheated food that sat out at my own home for 6-8 hours, and it tasted better than this. I can’t help but wonder if the food is not being properly stored, but rather left out and then served to customers the next day. This reflects a complete lack of ethics and integrity. This establishment really needs to be evaluated and could potentially be shut down. I would suggest that both the manager and the entire staff be dismissed. After my experience, I’m left with an upset stomach and have absolutely no intention of returning. I wouldn't even accept $400 to eat here again; that's how bad the food was.
I ordered a 4-piece combo online, placing the order 20 minutes ahead of time, but I only received three pieces. I also requested mashed potatoes with gravy and mac and cheese, but was given two servings of mashed potatoes instead. I don't know why I expected better service.
I couldn't go inside to place my order, so I decided to use the drive-thru instead. It took them at least six minutes to take my order. I requested an 8-piece meal with all dark meat and honey packets for the biscuits. They informed me it would take 20 minutes to prepare the all dark meat option. After waiting around 15 minutes for my food, I was disappointed to discover it was a mix of dark and white meat, and there were no honey packets included for the biscuits. I tried to get the manager's attention, but she completely ignored me, and the staff at the drive-thru was quite rude. I have no plans to return to this restaurant in the future.
Slow operation with only a couple employees. I was the only customer when I got there. I asked for a Pepsi and a Mt Dew. They handed me two Mt Dews, and fixed it when I corrected her (good thing Mt Dew and Pepsi look different). Waited about 5 or 10minutes for my food. Most of the food was hot, some was just warm. Food tasted good.
One star is hella generous. Spent $21 just to get over cooked (dry chicken, burnt skin) under seasoned food. The chicken also smelled off. Didn?t get coleslaw the order was wrong. Ordered a 3 piece (2 sides) got a 5 piece with just mashed potatoes.Overall, not edible. In the other order, the famous bowl was cold but not for me so idk how that turned out ????
