Fratello's restaurant offers excellent service in a beautiful setting by the river. While some dishes like the Peruvian potato and steak may be inconsistent in quality, the friendly staff work hard to make up for any shortcomings. The menu has changed slightly, but the fun cocktails and outstanding service leave customers satisfied. Despite a few complaints about food quality and cleanliness, overall, visitors enjoy the atmosphere and recommend it for special occasions. Morgan was great as our waiter. He was very efficient and paid attention to every detail. Food was awesome. Cocktails were delicious. Great view of the Fox river.
Food was bland had no seasoning. Waiter could care less if we were there or not. Was just a mediocre dining experience.
Dined outside on a beautiful day. Unfortunately a lot of bees around our table. Our server was friendly and courteous. Drinks and food were served promptly. Disappointed by the octopus dish. It was rubbery and chewy. Not my first time eating octopus and never rubbery and chewy. My husband enjoyed his burger though. The chocolate cake dessert was delicious.
This was my first time visiting this place. Food was delicious. I got the Steak and Scallops and it was incredible. Our server was one of the best I’ve ever had. She was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and everything you’d hope for in a server. Thanksfor a fantastic experience.
Had a really nice experience here last night! I had a sweet server her name was Hannah and she was very pleasant and kind. My steak wasn’t cooked they way I wanted so they remade it for me and took a percentage off my bill. There was a manager who cameto the table and offered me a salad or side while they cooked it. I’m not sure of his name but he had a Patagonia sweater onand was very kind and professional. Very good experience even on a busy Friday night! Thanks Fratellos
