Rufus was amazing tonight. He stopped at our table a few times to make sure things go well. I want to say that he remembers how much my son loves the bread sticks he brought us some extra bread sticks right away.
I wish I knew the woman's name that I have incountered in the drive thru on several occasions. However she has green hair. She is always pleasant and asks about your day. I look forward to her. Just as much as my food. Customers service goes a long way.
Ordered a chicken bacon Ranch Salat thru the ride thru on Northland and Richmond in Appleton. I was the only customer! When I came home, there were NO chickens in my salad!!!
Fazolis in grand chute totally hosed me. I took pics, kept the re empty and went to the one on Richmond st since nobody there cared. Got here and Rufus the manager was very sad to hear it. They didn't cause the problem, but they replaced my food andapologized. First class at the one on Richmond st in Appleton, no class at the one in Grand Chute.
$11.50 for a sampler meal and thr lasagna is about an inch big with a boat load of sauce to cover how small it is. For 11 follars at a fast food joint can you at least give a decent portion. Very disappointed for 11 bucks. Do better fazolis
