Excellent restaurant!! We’ve been here a few times and have never been disappointed. The pretzel crusted haddock bourbon salmon are both delicious! We just recently celebrated our anniversary here, the atmosphere is really nice. I’ve come to the conclusion that people in Appleton are used to mediocre food. Third time wasn’t a charm. Cold app’s, Luke warm service and over cooked entree’s. Paid our bill and place was empty. Every single time I've been here, I always get one of the specials. The kitchen staff is insanely impressive with the taste and presentation of the food. The drinks are to die for and every server I've had has always predicted my needs and been very attentive. 10/10 every time. We had a great experience at Draft tonight! Service was quick and friendly, and the food was amazing as always. The Chardonnay-lobster scallops were delicious and the presentation was 10/10.
