My go-to meal us... read more I recently discovered this restaurant and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The ingredients are flavorful and always taste fresh. My go-to meal usually consists of a bowl of salad with jasmine rice, traditional hummus, red pepper hummus, Baba ghanoush (eggplant), well-seasoned onions, avocado, and cabbage. They also offer a vegan caesar salad and a vegan tahini dressing.

We didn't think to sit o... read more We had a pleasant experience at this location. It was initially empty, but as always, once we sat down to eat people started coming in. We didn't think to sit outside to enjoy our meals, but everyone else did. It definitely was a beautiful day to dineoutdoors. We enjoyed the various options of teas and lemonades. The food was delightful and refreshing.

But the customer service in this location (none of them have been great) was absolutely some of the worst I have ever seen. My husband and I waited in a fairly decent line, when it was ourturn to order I had asked for a little more lettuce because I do not get any type of rice in my bowls. Well, I think that upsetthe employee. When he proceeded to put the toppings in the bowl he literally no exaggeration threw them in my bowl. I looked atmy husband and said I am paying for this food and giving them my hard earned money and won?t be treated like that and walkedout. I understand being in the customer service industry is very hard MANY people do it. But when people are spending money inan establishment, a bare minimum of a greeting and a hello or a smile is really not much to ask. But throwing food because Ihave asked for more lettuce is beyond my comprehension. I honestly may never give Cava my money ever again.
