My go-to meal us... read more I recently discovered this restaurant and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The ingredients are flavorful and always taste fresh. My go-to meal usually consists of a bowl of salad with jasmine rice, traditional hummus, red pepper hummus, Baba ghanoush (eggplant), well-seasoned onions, avocado, and cabbage. They also offer a vegan caesar salad and a vegan tahini dressing.

But the customer service in this location (none of them have been great) was absolutely some of the worst I have ever seen. My husband and I waited in a fairly decent line, when it was ourturn to order I had asked for a little more lettuce because I do not get any type of rice in my bowls. Well, I think that upsetthe employee. When he proceeded to put the toppings in the bowl he literally no exaggeration threw them in my bowl. I looked atmy husband and said I am paying for this food and giving them my hard earned money and won?t be treated like that and walkedout. I understand being in the customer service industry is very hard MANY people do it. But when people are spending money inan establishment, a bare minimum of a greeting and a hello or a smile is really not much to ask. But throwing food because Ihave asked for more lettuce is beyond my comprehension. I honestly may never give Cava my money ever again.
