This small Thai restaurant in Anglesea is conveniently situated alongside other shops and eateries. The staff is friendly, making for a welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the green curry, pad phrik, noodle soup, and spring rolls. Everything was delicious and well presented. What User doesn't like about Sawadee Thai Anglesea:
We ordered three takeaway Pad Thai—two with chicken and one with beef. Unfortunately, it was terrible. It tasted like a mix of sweet chili sauce and tomato sauce stirred into overcooked noodles, then topped with chicken. I couldn't finish mine. I'm sorry to say we won't be returning. This food is fresh, clean and so full of authentic Thai flavour absolutely delicious ! Great vegan options too.
Quick friendly service but food was tasteless. We ordered a red chicken curry and it was quite watery. Springs rolls were good.
Spring rolls, Pad Thai and Musaman Curry were all good. Few tables inside, one outside. Great customer service, open kitchen looked good.
