We walked in to place our order, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. On top of that, we didn’t even receive the sauce we paid for. Overall, I'd rate the food: 1, service: 1, atmosphere: 1.
We got takeaway from here the other day and don’t understand why it’s doesn’t have better reviews. The food was great the service was great the 3 girls in the shop were very friendly I was told it would be a 10 minute wait for my food and they had it ready in 8. The Fish was fresh the calamari was fresh and so was the prawns the chips were really good. We had takeaway at Fish by Moonlight two days prior and I think the have the reviews mixed up Anglesea Fish and Chips is the place to go when in Anglesea.
