We were able to spend a great day on the Gütsch with Markus and David. We were served an amuse bouche, followed by 7 starters and a main course, cheese and dessert. Everything well proportioned over 4 hours. We felt like we were in heaven. This way of eating is absolute madness. The selection of Valais wines was also a poem. View all feedback.
What BenM LR dislikes about Gütsch:
Rude and arrogant manager! He boasts of uniquely sourced local and international food ingredients, but gets upset if a client asks for Chai Latte probably because its too common and nothing special for this Michelin Star restaurant. However, serves Ovamaltine hot chocolate (available in any supermarket)! Absolutely zero stars for customer service! View all feedback.
