Contribute Feedback What Petra Fletcher likes about Guetsch:
Great views. Very busy, so reservation is a must. The food was nice, tasty, and well presented. They were able to make a pasta dish for our kid, which wasn't on the menu. However, the service lacked attentiveness and mostly rushed. We had to ask for a water refill, they forgot to bring cheese and coffee that we ordered. They could have done better considering the price. View all feedback.
What BenM LR doesn't like about Guetsch:
Rude and arrogant manager! He boasts of uniquely sourced local and international food ingredients, but gets upset if a client asks for Chai Latte probably because its too common and nothing special for this Michelin Star restaurant. However, serves Ovamaltine hot chocolate (available in any supermarket)! Absolutely zero stars for customer service! View all feedback.
Amazing apple strudel and very friendly service.
Very high quality food and quality service. Everytime we enjoyed
Unique culinary experience, the gourmet food is worth every franc!
We were able to spend a great day on the Gütsch with Markus and David. We were served an amuse bouche, followed by 7 starters and a main course, cheese and dessert. Everything well proportioned over 4 hours. We felt like we were in heaven. This way of eating is absolute madness. The selection of Valais wines was also a poem.
The place and the view are stunning! The food was excellent, and the service was friendly and professional. We had the steak tartar, sauteed foie gras, truffled duck breast, and the tagliatelle with mussels and seafood. Everything was delicious, and the wine perfectly matched the food. Definitely in the pricey range, but expected and reasonable due to the location and awards. In a nutshell, gorgeous views, excellent food and wine, and friendly and professional service. Difficult to ask for more! We will be back soon!
