What Maruska Villa doesn't like about La Captive:

Really nice meal at a very fair price. My Boreal salad was delicious. My wife liked her Sauvage wild mushroom burger and I like the mayo that came with her fries. The kids had the hot dog (a gourmet take) and were happy with it. Great atmosphere. Good beer. A good place to stop on the way back from New Brunswick. View all feedback.

read moreLa Captive in Amqui offers a unique dining experience in a former police station. The menu features a variety of dishes including seafood, sandwiches, and pizzas. While the service may be lacking in some areas, the craft beer selection is impressive. Overall, La Captive is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts in the area. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is reasonably priced, making it a great stop for lunch or dinner. Whether you enjoy a burger, pizza, or salad, there is something for everyone at this charming microbrewery restaurant.
