The batter to the chixken isnt flavorf7l. And i could tell buy the flavor of the chicken, they need to change the grease more often. I couldn't taste the batter of the chicken theough the burnt like flavor taste of the chicken. And on top if it the chicken was dry.I juat moved in the area and I really hope that was a one time bad experience because i really loove dixie lee chicken. Its my go to comfort food. The wife and I stopped in for dinner while visiting family who live in Amqui. We both had the chicken dinner with 3 pieces of chicken fries salad gravy bun, was pretty good and a nice place. Staff were friendly and understand some English and understood our bit of French speaking haha!
We stopped for a quick lunch, food was fresh and good and staff were friendly and made good attempt to speak English, I would go there again

Haven't been to a Dixie Lee's in forever so I have no basis to compare. The food was good, hot and rasonably priced. Someone described it as a KFC with less fat that sounds about right. If you are looking for a quick meal with choices, this should do the trick. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was clean.
