I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to be informed they were out of the item I ordered. Why wasn’t I informed about this before I paid and waited so long? I definitely won’t be returning! It seems like all Dunkin’ locations are experiencing issues. Every time I go to one, they’re out of items or the service is seriously lacking!
Could use a better drive trough with a clear and understanding voice…Guess , it depends when you go there.I like the fact , that it’s inside a gas station and you could take care of more then just one task if you have to stop .
