The Chipotle Chicken Mex... read more Our server provided excellent service, and we rewarded her with a tip. However, one family member found the food quality disappointing. The Chipotle Chicken Mexican bowl didn’t taste right, and when we raised the issue with the server, she offered to remove it from the bill. Unfortunately, the manager refused. Additionally, the salad was not fresh, and a family member later fell ill. We’ve been dining at various Chili's locations for the past 20 years, and this was one of our worst experiences. It seems customer service is not a priority at this location—otherwise, the manager might have replaced the meal or offered a refund. I hope the corporate office addresses these quality concerns.

When I asked about placing a to-go order, the... read more On August 2, 2022, at 7 PM, I had to hang up and call back twice before someone at Chili's Grill finally answered. When I asked about placing a to-go order, the woman who picked up was very rude. She said they were backed up and not taking any orders at the moment, suggesting I call back in 30 minutes. When I asked if they truly weren’t accepting any orders at all, she just said no and hung up on me. Her behavior was highly unprofessional. I recommend visiting the Chili's in Crystal Lake instead.
