Why wasn’t I informed about this before I paid and waited so long... read more I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to be informed they were out of the item I ordered. Why wasn’t I informed about this before I paid and waited so long? I definitely won’t be returning! It seems like all Dunkin’ locations are experiencing issues. Every time I go to one, they’re out of items or the service is seriously lacking!

I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for my drink! I had to drop my kids off at school and ended up running late because of this Dunkin’ location. It’s clear t... read more I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for my drink! I had to drop my kids off at school and ended up running late because of this Dunkin’ location. It’s clear they are understaffed, especially early in the morning when there was only one person working. There really should be at least two or three employees on duty, considering this Dunkin’ is next to a gas station and gets a lot of customers. If I could give zero stars, I would, because this happens all the time. High school students and others who aren’t even scheduled for work were hanging around, taking up time while the lone employee struggled to serve everyone. This is unprofessional and not how a business should be run.

At first, I didn’t think much of it, but when I to... read more The exterior of the Dunkin' building looks nice and there were no lines, but inside it was very disorganized. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but when I took my 2-year-old to the restroom to clean him up after eating chocolate donuts, I was disgusted. Before even entering, there was a strong smell of urine, and the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The staff were friendly, but if this is their standard of cleanliness, it makes me question the quality of the food and drinks at Dunkin’. I won't be returning.

They were courteous, friendly, and efficient, showcasing a solid understanding of their roles and a commendable work ethic. It was definitely a wise choice to bring them on board!

Eventually, someone came over to see if I needed help. When I finally got the box of donuts, it was overflowing with chocolate, but unfortunately, the chocolate on some donuts was melted while others had barely any at all. These were the worst donuts I've ever tasted!
