We ordered a tartare and an egg, a Parmesan fondue with white truffle, a classic plin pasta, and a tajarin pasta with white truffle, all paired with their own Nebbiolo wine, with its strong yet delicate tannins. Tiramisu and hazelnut cake to finish. The ingredients were of the highest quality and expertly cooked/prepared. The white truffle was incredibly fragrant and divine in flavor.
