The dishes... read more A splendid restaurant in the center of Alba. We had lunch in a charming room with a stone vault, which adds to the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are meticulously crafted, and we couldn't help but try the tajarin and eggs with white truffle: simply exceptional! The menu clearly lists gluten-free dishes, and gluten-free bread is also available, much appreciated. The wine selection is excellent, and the dessert of pears cooked in wine was truly sublime. The wait staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!
