I called ahead to see if they could take vegans and the lady who answered the phone said yes (I have no fish sauce, milk, etc.). She was familiar with what vegan meant and it was nice of her to take the time to explain instead to use only the green curry without knowing that it was not vegan. The yellow curry ended fantastic and the spring rolls. With so few vegan options in Guam restaurants it was nice to have a large and delicious vegan duck.

However, when I placed my order at the restaurant, my tofu green curry arrived with fish sauce. Approximately five minutes later, the manager came out to apologize and explained that only the yellow curry was vegan. She was knowledgeable about what veganism entailed, and I appreciated her taking the time to clarify rather than serving the green curry unknowingly. The yellow curry was excellent, as were the spring rolls. With limited vegan options in Guam restaurants, it was a pleasure to enjoy a plentiful and delicious vegan dish.

Initially, beef was served to us without our consent, but when we returned it, they replaced it with rice paper rolls.
