Pro: easy to make reservations via Open Table Cons: no waitress, had to look for staff for coffee, hostess said closing within 45 mins, birthday reservation mad... read more Pro: easy to make reservations via Open Table Cons: no waitress, had to look for staff for coffee, hostess said closing within 45 mins, birthday reservation made at 9am for our party of 12 and I am aware of hours, lack of customer service, not one staff member was smiling or welcoming, sent away from cook making omelets because we needed number from table, looked for waitress to help serve coffee and give info for egg cooking Unfortunate experience for my husband’s birthday celebration.
