This time, I als... read more The salad bar is simply unbeatable in Guam; no upscale restaurants or hotels can compete with it, in my opinion. I always go for the salad bar. This time, I also tried the seasonal roasted chicken, which was delicious. My daughter, who is my regular Sunday dining companion, always orders the Chicken Bella, and it never disappoints! The mushrooms and sauce are particularly tasty. I definitely recommend Ruby Tuesdays, especially for those living in Guam or staying for an extended period. If you're just passing through, however, I would suggest checking out some local non-franchise restaurants, especially those offering local, Asian, or fusion cuisines.

Unfortunately, my baked potato was also undercooked again. While the staff was courteous and helpful, I left feeling a bit let down.

The waitstaff was fantastic, but the lengthy wait for food really overshadowed that. Sadly, we won’t be returning, and it seems that this place has become a tourist trap, surviving only as long as tourists continue to visit.

Very good food. The atmosphere is good, maybe a little bit loud due to the performances which I'm absolutely fine with. My favorite part about this place is the consistency. Multiple dinners and had the same great experience. Would highly recommend.
