The benkay restaurant is a small jewel in the hotel nikko guam. they have recently hired new japan kitchen chefs, bringing authentic flavors that tantalize their taste buds. the food presentation was unique and demanding. her customer service was friendly and friendly. we treat our friends who leave the island, and this delicious farewell dinner is very unforgettable. It was the first time I didn't eat satisfied with my benkay. I was even thrilled to feed back to the restaurant, the real benkay restaurant. I can really say how it was at the temporary site before (magellan overflow) was much bigger when it was about food quality and quantity, now that I was served in today's lunch. I was really hearty during lunch. please bring them back as it was (if it was at magellan overflow) when it comes to eating.

We are thrilled that Benkay has re-opened. The dinner menu is focused on 4 choices, but the offerings are excellent: a bento box, shabu-shabu, sukiyaki and a seafood platter. Service is attentive and friendly. The presentation of the food was aesthetically outstanding. I have a seafood allergy; the chef took note and substituted a scallop dish with a tofu alternative that was just delicious. We will definitely be back!
