I was in this hotel and did not know that there were vegan options in the restaurant! helped me a tonn when I could no longer travel to find plant-based joys. make sure that they are asked for the vegan option for the meals that are vegan friendly, as they make it different than if they asked for the meal without specifying.

I had the spicy lens soup (vegan) and the mushroom risotto (vegetarian.) the mushroom risotto was boiled al dente while I like it a little suppe, but honestly it was perfectly boiled. perfect taste and very filling.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options including leafy greens, quinoa, black beans, chickpeas, avocado oil, various vegetables, and fresh fruit. The Nut Bar usually includes chia seeds, flax seeds, pecans, and macadamia nuts. Perfect for those participating in Veganuary!

Located in the Hyatt Hotel, this restaurant offers a variety of plant-based menu options. The service was excellent, and both my husband and I enjoyed our meals. He had the tofu fried rice, while I opted for the veggie panini with cheese. My sandwich was delicious, with marinated veggies and chickpeas. I highly recommend this place!
