Excellent Cuban today with a side of poutine

Visitied tonight for a friends birthday meal and unfortunately we have left disappointed.

eating was in order, they don't expect great food. plates were especially small for the price. slow service. beautiful view of the sea. but rather in neighboring restaurants.
