Spartas - Clarence-Rockland

I was a few times in spartas and every time I am amazed by the quality of food, the portion sizes and the great service! their chicken souvlaki plates are very good, definitiw my favorites!

This restaurant is one of my favorite in Rockland. The food is always fresh and the staff and owner are always eager to provide only the best quality.

This was my first time trying out this restaurant. My family and I ordered our New Year's dinner for delivery due to COVID-19 restrictions. The service was exceptional and the delivery was fast and friendly. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The prices were reasonable, which was great. I ordered the Souvlaki Lunch Special and it was delicious. The chicken was tender and the rice was beautiful and flavorful. The salad was decent and the service was good. Despite being busy, our food arrived within 10 minutes. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

Spartas stands out among the typical restaurants in Rockland with their unique and delicious menu offerings. My personal favorite is the chickensuppaki dish, which includes spit-roasted chicken served with rice, Greek potatoes, and Greek salad. The portion size is generous and I always struggle to finish it. I also highly recommend trying their baklava, which is simply excellent.
