The owner... read more Although the menu didn’t label what was GF, the descriptions were detailed so it was easy for me to recognize which ingredients might be problematic. The owner went over my order with me, and discussed it with the kitchen. When in doubt about CC, they’d either leave out the ingredient or adjust how it was prepared. My dishes came out with Saran Wrap over them, so I was always sure what was mine and that extra measures had been taken to protect me. I used my Nima sensor and both dishes came out negative for gluten! Was a real treat fo eat out at a non GF restaurant without fear!
