Enjoy here as guests at the Le Mirabeau Hotel. The menu was with the title Wallisian Night 5 courses, the Raclette Starter was a dish of local charcuterie generous, authentic and very tasty. Second, buffet was beautifully presented and excellent selection of salads. Third raclette traditionally served with new potatoes and pimples....then a second dish....and a third offered, but politely refused already full!! Fourth course nicely boiled pink, soft lamb slices again a generous potion. Dessert was a Wonderul Toblerone chunk shaped chocolate parfait with passion fruit coulis and skillfully superior orange segments. a real highlight (and I'm not a big dessert fan). An exceptional meal associated with professional, timely, courtesy and friendly service. Superb.
The soup and the desert were pretty good. The website advertises 14 Gault Millaut points, but we were really disappointed by the main course. The service was nice, but a bit in a hurry. The atmosphere was cozy.
I had the pleasure of eating at Veranda for 7 evenings in a row whilst on a dinner, bed and breakfast holiday at the Hotel Mirabeau. The food is just an exquisite blend of textures and flavours from around the world.
Mr. Laurent won our dinner. The food was good, but the service was extra perfect! Thank you.
Booked in the morning for a night stay and we had the pleasure to be upgraded to a room with a view on the Matterhorn. Conveniently located near the train station, the hotel is clean and feels very Swiss. Indoor pool is also a great addition and the included breakfast had a lot to offer. All good!
