Such a great meal! The pastas were amazing (the mushroom and one with dill/anchovy butter… wow). The service was lovely they were all really nice and also professional. we had a good evening at the cervo at night. good solid operation with set up young employees. the price/performance ratio e.g. for the Chesefondues was not satisfactory. unfortunately too expensive was served in the village below there is better fondues and the price we don't talk. Nothing special, wouldn’t recommend it. Pasta was Ok, starters were indifferent. The beef tartar combination was bad and the bone marrow was small and covered with parsley which overshadowed the flavours.
We had such a great meal! And Theresa was a wonderful server and made perfect recommendations for our last meal in Zermatt!
We were here two weeks ago, the location was very beautiful thanks to a perfect view of the Matterhorn's landscape. The dinner was very delicious, the atmosphere was confortable and the service was very efficient. We'll return very soon!
