R375 per person gets you a starter of homemade bread and yellowtail fish soup, which consists of line fish, mussels, prawns, salads, roasted potatoes, and pumpkin fritters. Dessert was koeksisters and coffee or tea. Absolutely every bite was delicious! I wish I could have eaten more! The seafood buffet is only served on Sundays. The bar opens at 12h00, starters served at 13h00, mains at 14h00, and dessert at 15h00. There's always a musician performing live. Other things to note: it's pet friendly, and there's some games set out on the grass for kids to play with (bats and balls, jenga, dominoes). In between meals, you can stroll down to the beach. Overall, this was just such a holistically wonderful experience and great value for money! Keep in mind that The Strandkombuis closes mid-May to September during the winter season.
