To my surprise, the flounder and, in particular, the cod bites were incredibly fresh. Having lived near the Chesapeake Bay and along the Pacific Coast, I can say I've had cod that was no fresher. Please keep up the great work with your suppliers and sourcing. Fresh fish is increasingly hard to come by these days!
