As a business owner of the Indian River Antique Mall in Melbourne FL, we visited the restaurants. We were here many times and experienced great service. Today, above all, we were assigned to a waiter named William and he was excellent not only to manage our table, but also seemed to all the others. We're coming back! View all feedback.
What Scott Campen doesn't like about Ruby Tuesdays:
Salad bar was good as usual, however the double meat patty guacamole burger was more than disappointing. Each patty was razor thin, and the amount of guacamole was a joke, just a quick spread on the bun and that was it. The service, however, was outstanding, lending balance to the overall rating. My family and was on Thursday, 30. June inaugurated. I and my friend and my three kids got in. The food was great. It was hot and we came in time. Also, it is not easy to wait for families with wild children and our server Adrian went beyond and beyond for us. She was very patient with the children and made an excellent job all around. Our experience was amazing. Thank you, Adrian!
Good food as always... Corine was our server and was EXCELLENT in her knowledge and customer service skills. Very efficient and friendly! Really enjoyed their service! Has the salad bar always added an additional $5 at the cost of meals? It's been a while since we visited Ruby on Tuesday. But an additional cost for a salad seems a little when on a budget. Thanks Corine! You're wonderful!
Thanks to the sweet and patient Ruby Tuesday staff! Thank you for meeting all our needs! Our children were very fussy and loud and our server did everything she could help and was very patient. As a parent, I really appreciate the staff! The hosts were so nice! The salad bar was very good! The best part of it... the food! The food was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend eating here!
Grayson was one of the best servers we’ve had ! He was friendly, personable, very attentive ! Definitely be coming back asking for him!
Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was good the hostess were very friendly and my server Christa was exceptional
