What User doesn't like about Satollo:
visited as family from 4 to lunch. in the usually rude and repulsive. no child options on the menu and if I was asked was practically constrained. the food then lasted 35 minutes, although we were the only ones eating lunch. when I asked how long it would be told, “we will be restaurant service so 20-30mins”. arancini was tasteless, lasagne practically meatless. will not be visited again View all feedback.

Very enjoyed our first visit today. friendly service, really nice environment and delicious food. great Italian mood and a real feeling of puglia. we're coming back!
From beginning to end my experience as a solo diner was unexceptional at best and awful at worst. I was seated. And waited 15 minutes for a server to even approach me. No water, no greeting, nothing. I asked for a menu and then waited...an additional 15 minutes for a different server now to ask if I had been helped. I said no, and they reluctantly took my order. I asked for water (as all other tables were immediately given a carafe of water and glasses while they perused their menus. I waited another 15 minutes and a different server brought my food and a bottle of Evian, which I had to pay an atrocious amount for. Never was given a carafe of water. Never. I ordered the salmon avocado toast. The bread was barely toasted, the avocado was brown and the salmon was old. It was horrible. I couldn’t eat it. I waited for someone to ask how I was doIng, and no one ever came. After 30 minutes, I had to flag down a different server and ask for my check. In all a the time I was waiting, I watched the servers to see how they attended to the other diners. What I saw was very different. they were being attended to and served. I don’t know if it was because I was alone, or what it was, but that was NOT my experience. I won’t every return nor will I recommend. So sad.
Looked cosy, nice courtyard setting. Staff were really friendly but can’t say the food was amazing for what we had. Bruschetta and a £14.50 parmigiana which was the size of a starter and cold. When the waiter said it would be 15-20mins wait I was...expecting a bubbling hot plate not a sad like warm dish. Would I visit again, nope.
Called in here on a recent trip to Marlow. Quiet courtyard set back from the road. Lovely coffee. Also selling gelato and there was a deli too.
