The only down side I've had on my visits was the last one in the evening, where after having our Initial order taken, we had no more interaction with with our waitress, no one asked how the meal was or if we wanted more drinks, they seemed more interested in dancing to the music

I am a wheelchair user and today was unable to go in due to there b... read more I have always loved this place but after today I have been left very upset and disappointed. I am a wheelchair user and today was unable to go in due to there being a step and no ramp. We ordered takeaway however this took over 30 minutes just for 2 sandwiches, we were left outside waiting for this time. We asked about why there is no ramp and the member of staff was very rude and told us it is not his problem and he has enough paying customers that he does not need a ramp. He was very rude and left me in tears. The way he treated me as a young woman in a wheelchair was just appalling. I will never be going back that’s for sure but really disheartened by the way I was treated.

The team are always welcoming and they try their best to help all guests. The team which includes Francesca, Riccardo, Sebastiano, Sophie, Lauren and others are so friendly. Many guests go to Satollo because of the quality of their offering, their welcome, service, and hospitality.
