Had a great time at yates, it was made better by the great customer service of michelle rutland! she made our experience better with her amazing customer experience.

A member of our party kindly asked dj for a t Rex song as it was a commemorative for her annual day, space was empty barring a half dozen people. dj says no when he asks why he says it is urban night we have. special songs we can play, we take care of 19 to 30 years old, so the music of the 1970s is a no. in consideration of the **** music he played, he did not draw any mass, it would not have hurt to play 1 song with all the technology he had before him. he was too arrogant to play his own set music and was so self-absorbed I am not surprised that the place was empty. my advice change their dj or close their doors probs cost more in power than taking.

Michelle r was absolutely amazing big business and great service, always bubbly when we ever come and never complain. we're coming!

Spent the entire day in the sun in this lovely place. Great value for money and the grub was more than enough to soak up the beers.
