The food was surprisingly delicious, especially considering I don't typically dine at restaurants like this. Overall, a fantastic experience. 10/10.

While the food was satisf... read more The waitstaff appeared disinterested in serving guests, requiring multiple calls to take orders and provide utensils or sugar for tea. While the food was satisfactory and well-presented, it did not merit the high prices. The menu did not specify that the scones contained raisins, and when inquired about alternatives, the waiter simply stated there were none. Additionally, a warm dessert was served cold, resulting in a disappointing overall experience. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Burger bun burnt, burger drier than the sahara, ch... read more Have been in this branch half a dozen times and only ever 1 problem. Not so this time. Menu cut down in size. Burger bun burnt, burger drier than the sahara, chips all end bits and tasteless. Came on a tin foil plate with bit of coloured paper on top. Sea food linguine, had to look hard to see the seafood. Back to serving Bills Cider , which I would rate as bad as Strongbow, Magners. What happened to Aspalls. Now adding service charge. Definitely last visit ever to any of their branches. Such a pity as had so many good meals here and Reading/Westfield London
