Absolutely disgusting! Our usual Chinese takeaway has gone downhill so decided to give this a try for our weekend family Chinese.. never again! Under cooked chips, cardboard chow mein with no flavour, cardboard dried up rice, lumpy curry containing something resembling chicken and chicken balls full of soggy undercooked batter with a slither of something resembling chicken again! All thrown away and a complete waste of money! Should be closed down!
I have been going to the Peacock restaurant for 23 years. The food is excellent and I have tried other Chinese restaurants in Droitwich, but the Peacock has always been the best. The portions are good, the prices are reasonable, and the food is great.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and the owners are very polite. I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. An added bonus is that they provide complimentary prawn crackers, which is fantastic!
Never used Peacocks before, but nipped in for Noodles and prawns. Got home put pj's on, sat down opened up carton. Looked burnt and dried out. Me being Me, not bothered about getting changed. Walked up road in housecoat and pj's, and took food back. Explained burnt. Then had older guy and woman SCREAMING AT ME. IT IS NOT BURNT ITS SOY SAUCE. The woman then called me an OLD C T. Do your self a favour and cook your own food xxx
We have been enjoying food from this restaurant for years, and recently ordered for a party of eight. We decided to try some new dishes along with our usual favorites, and we were pleased to find that everything was equally delicious. We will definitely be adding these new dishes to our future orders! We have never had a bad meal from this restaurant, and Peter always provides great service. Thank you.
