Seleccionamos, tueste y suministramos algunos de los mejores cafés del mundo, trabajando con fincas especializadas y cooperativas de la manera más socialmente responsable posible para contribuir a una industria más sostenible. Nos enfocamos en cafés Microlotes, provenientes de productores, agricultores o fincas individuales, garantizando siempre trazabilidad y calidad, sin importar el tamaño del lote. A menudo encontramos cafés con características únicas que merecen ser descubiertas. Aquí, la tecnología no siempre es clave; como nos recuerda Gabriel Carvajal, el clima en las fincas puede ser impredecible, y eso forma parte de la magia de nuestro trabajo. Inspirados por el realismo mágico en el corazón del mundo, buscamos esos lugares altos en Sudamérica donde el café crece con una historia especial que contar. Disfruta nuestro espacio comunitario, donde nuestro tostadero, cafetería y tienda se unen bajo los arcos de un lugar acogedor, cerca de la estación de tren Worcester Foregate Street. Contamos con un amplio espacio exterior perfecto para los días soleados. Estamos abiertos de jueves a domingo, de 10 a.m. a 4 p.m. Te invitamos a visitarnos y vivir la experiencia de un café consciente y excepcional.

After trying out a variety of coffees from different small batch roasters, I have always been impressed with Method Coffee. The staff is very well-trained and friendly, and they are extremely knowledgeable about their product. They are always able to give great recommendations no matter how you like your coffee. I am planning on setting up a subscription with them soon, but for now I am enjoying their excellent Peruvian blend. Thank you for providing such outstanding service, especially during these unusual times. Keep up the great work!
Located under the railway arches just off Farrier Street, this coffee shop boasts a modern minimalist design flooded with natural light. Despite visiting on a chilly day, the premises were well-heated. The coffee was exceptional, paired perfectly with the delicious Pasteis de Nata. The only downside was the slow service from the barista, who seemed to prioritize takeaway orders over those dining in. It appeared that the barista was new and could benefit from improvement. Fortunately, another staff member stepped in to help speed up the service.
Travelled 40 minutes for coffee and cake and to set up an order for coffee delivery on a regular basis for the future. Checked online that it was open and the website said it was. Arrived to find notice on door saying it was closed for training and woman inside noticed our surprise and came old and told us “ sorry we are shut”. Went to the wonderful Colombian coffee shop in Shaw Street and set up order for coffee delivery with Higgins of London. Will not be buying from Method or going back there.
Coffee can’t be beaten. Made it into an art form. Dog friendly. Good music. Cool setting. Food offering needs improving though.
I recently visited this restaurant and I will not be returning. The location is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, but the staff is unfriendly and offers poor customer service. The coffee was passable, but I believe it may be an acquired taste. Unfortunately, it is mainly the staff's behavior that has deterred me from coming back.
