As for the food it's was brilliant, hot and correct and nothing missed. Definitely found my new favourite Indian restaurant in Worcester

Ordered delivery it didn’t show up, called 3 times and was told it will be 5 minutes each time! I then spoke to someone who advised the driver had done another... read more Ordered delivery it didn’t show up, called 3 times and was told it will be 5 minutes each time! I then spoke to someone who advised the driver had done another delivery further away first (so had our food in the car for 30-40 minutes by this time) so I asked for a fresh order… I was advised by the rude and arrogant staff that their restaurant is the best in Worcester and they have never had a complaint. I tried to explain the food was over an hour late but the member of staff was so awful, needs some customer service training to say the least! Will never order from here again. When the staff could have redeemed themselves, they made an already frustrated customer even more angry. Awful.
