Can’t recommend Benedictos highly enough! Outstanding food, excellent service, lovely friendly atmosphere... a little taste of real Italy! Have been with groups of friends, and as a family. Can’t wait to find an excuse to go back soon x View all feedback.
What Andrew Holmes dislikes about Benedicto's:
Food, Service ambience simply spot on. The owner is a larger than life, warm, huggy character who must inspire his staff to follow him. I'm not going to itemise our food orders as they were all different all equally yummy, except to say that...no meal is complete without a portion of their battered courgette. It is more expensive then our local pub but well worth the price. We'd visit regularly if we could as we alwa... View all feedback.
First time here and I love Italian food, I had the Gamberoni to start, the vegetarian pasta and a tiramisu all delicious. My wife wasn’t so keen on her choice, the mozzarella, tomato and ham was cooked as a mini tagine and she thought it a little oily, here main was chicken and mushroom tagliatelle which I thought was nice, and profiter rolls for desert. Staff very attentive and pleasant.
Really lovely meal yesterday early evening. They managed to squeeze us in but had to vacate table as they were so busy. Great friendly staff..only issue being picky.. surely you could have more than 4 king prawns for starters. 9/10 from me and I'm fussy!
Great place to eat. Food was delicious an very well priced. Good menu. Solid drink selection.
This review is about takeout food. We have been dining at this restaurant for years, but decided to get takeout tonight. The lasagna we ordered was a very small portion and mostly sauce. We were very disappointed with the price we paid for the quality of the food. This experience has made us think twice about returning to this restaurant in the future.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely stunning. The service is amazing, with attentive and happy staff. We sat in the covered outdoor area with heated lamps, which I was initially concerned about, but it turned out to be quite cozy. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!
