One of the assistants politely asked if we were eating in or taking out to which we replied taking out. She said that was fine as they were about to close. We walked over to the counter to met with a welcome of ‘we are closed’ from the assistant behind the counter. We explained that we’d been told that a take away was fine but she just looked at the assistant that greeted us and said ‘she should not have said that’ and walked off. It may have been an innocent mistake by the first assistant but I believe a little customer service training may be needed by the second. Never had a problem at costa before so let’s hope it’s a one off!

I thought as the... read more Needed shopping, so my partner and I decided to walk as we live around 20mins away. Arrived there only to find I'd forgotten to bring my mask!! I thought as they can be obliging I'd ask if customer services would allow me a spare one. No way!! They were definitely not obliging, in fact, quite rude . I won't be going there again!!

I also tried the vegan bacon bap an... read more Costa offers a wide selection of vegan drink options using different types of plant-based milk, and their staff are helpful. I also tried the vegan bacon bap and the Bosh ultimate slice, both of which were delicious. I look forward to seeing more vegan options on their menu.

It's usually quite busy, but the staff are attentive and friendly, and handle the large number... read more I frequent this Costa location often when I'm shopping at Tesco. It's usually quite busy, but the staff are attentive and friendly, and handle the large number of customers well. While one staff member has been a bit grumpy on a few occasions, I've found the rest to be very pleasant and welcoming. The coffees and snacks are also quite good.
