I found codta coffee at tesco very clean and tidy. a good atmosphere and a good selection of food .the staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. the young women are very good work there, they wish a better service. beautiful seating, which has good. I thank them from graham, valerie and janet.

I also tried the vegan bacon bap an... read more Costa offers a wide selection of vegan drink options using different types of plant-based milk, and their staff are helpful. I also tried the vegan bacon bap and the Bosh ultimate slice, both of which were delicious. I look forward to seeing more vegan options on their menu.

Called into the costa for a couple of cakes after shopping at Tescos. One of the assistants politely asked if we were eating in or taking out to which we replie... read more Called into the costa for a couple of cakes after shopping at Tescos. One of the assistants politely asked if we were eating in or taking out to which we replied taking out. She said that was fine as they were about to close. We walked over to the counter to met with a welcome of ‘we are closed’ from the assistant behind the counter. We explained that we’d been told that a take away was fine but she just looked at the assistant that greeted us and said ‘she should not have said that’ and walked off. It may have been an innocent mistake by the first assistant but I believe a little customer service training may be needed by the second. Never had a problem at costa before so let’s hope it’s a one off!
