Johnny Rockets - Woodbridge

This place needs serious work, we waited for an hour for our food. everything on the menu is quite easy to do, we have nothing crazy to take a hot dog?t more than 20 min HONESTLY. We've seen a table that has a tower of Pommes on a plate, but we just have a very small handful? we saw the kitchen and watch because it is an open kitchen. they had no idea what they did! we waited so that we decided to pay for what we had and left, we did not even see that a hot dog is prepared for our order!!!! a simple Burger chicken tender and a hot dog? I would like to tell you that this is not the case and I hope that this is not the case. re do, but you can see inappropriate handling of food. I didn't have Johnny Rockets in a long time because I closed them. Unfortunately to have experienced this here, we really only have waist our time sitting there .. it was simply unbelievably the neglect of the service, we were not the only, but the only ones to say something. Thankfully, they only accused us of our drinks.

The two starts are for the service. If the service was not stellar, it would be Zero. The food is best subpar, which is regrettable because it had potential. The bread was stabbed (that it had changed something) and they were hardly a beef in my burger. Calorie drop.

PLEASE READ FOR SAVINGS: They have a weekly special from 2pm through the afternoon. There are three different sandwiches that are discounted and come with fries. Great way to save money. The food was delicious and on time the waiter was very professional, but the place had a lil smell it needs a new make-over.

Observed some questionable kitchen behavior while waiting for takeout milkshakes that took more than 20 minutes to get. Guy making them stopped and pulled out his phone several times during the process and then went back to making the drinks. Mobile phones are known for being unsanitary. To see someone handling one while also handling food, no gloves, is disconcerting. Then he spilled one of the mixes and stood there laughing for a good few minutes instead of getting his act together and finishing the drinks. I felt bad for the waitress who seemed to be the senior person as the restaurant had quite a few tables full and she was trying to wrangle the kitchen staff.
