Food wise, the beef ramen was good, broth was flavorful but not overly oily as the traditional pork ramen. Appetizers, we had pork gyoza, sheshito pepper, salad and chicken, all were quite good. Only let down was the mapo tofu don, quite oily.

The chicken gyoza is the best I've ever had. Your thirst is quenched with water with fresh lemon and mint. The tan tan is flavorful without a crazy amount of salt. My gf had the chicken katsu rice bowl and it was fabulous. The wait staff is ontop of their game and are super friendly. Can't wait to come back

It's Milburn I get it, but the price tag does not meet what you get for your money. Nonetheless, it wasgood and I would go back.
