What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
the employees do not know how to enter into codes and so force them to pay the full price from the bag without accepting the voucher or discount code. they refuse to learn or admit, not to know and instead blame the customer for a fake goodwill, but I am able to use the goodwill with other dunkin donuts without any problem. Store wasn't open at the time shown on website and shown on sign. Employees were standing there socializing while there was at least 4-6 other costumers waiting outside. Some had to get back to work.
Extremely dissatisfied with the employee this morning. I mean is it necessary to use such vulgar words while serving customers. One young lady working right now 10:57am on August 11, 2022, (no name tag) was cussing up a storm with no regard for hercustomers and kids in the immediate area. Its like, have a little respect. So ignorant.

Located in Woodbridge Mall, this Dunkin' store is a great stop if you're feeling hungry while shopping. The donuts are delicious, and the coffee is excellent. Definitely worth a visit!
