What User doesn't like about Shanghai Fried Dumpling:
When this restaurant first opened, the food was reasonably priced and freshly cooked. However, during my recent visit, we were served pre-cooked pan-fried pork buns that had just been kept warm on the stove. While the taste was decent, they weren't hot like freshly prepared food should be. Additionally, there was an unexplained food charge on my receipt. I left feeling quite disappointed. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the dumplings were fantastic. While the dumplings were a bit pricey, the other dishes offered great value for money. For a lunch outing, I would say the price per person falls between $1 and $20. I highly recommend trying the steamed juicy pork buns, Shanghai noodles, prawn dumplings, and pan-fried dumplings.
