Despite some mixed reviews on service and cleanliness, loyal customers praise the outstanding vegan cupcakes and diverse menu. With creative vegan and gluten-free options, this cafe is a great find for those with special dietary needs. The prices are fair, but the limited hours may pose a challenge for some. Overall, The Rolled Oat is a favorite spot for delicious, healthy food to enjoy in the comfort of your own home or as a quick grab-and-go option.
We were not there to eat for a few years, so decided to try them again. the prepared meals were fresh, sweet slightly crispy (good) and hot and we ate on the way in the sun what was beautiful. we had the special, which was a rührwerk with erdnusssauce (delicious) and an earlylings role, which was lightly blazing but not unpleasant. the double chocolate chia muffins were excellent. we bought the pad thai with tofu from the cold cabinet to take home and warmth and eat 2 days later. it was excellent, although the tofu was a tad rubber. I would have. good size components. we'll go back soon.
They serve meat, but the few vegan options they have on their menu are very tasty and healthy.
I had a nice vegan carrot/old soup with vegan toast. beautiful house and delicious food! They are no longer cash, so if they only have one card, they will be in order.
This is an absolute gem in heart of Wolfville. The tomato beet soup was savory and delicious, and the vegan rice bowl w/ peanut sauce was tasty and filling. It’s hard to find vegan options in remote towns but this one is a home run!
Numerous creative vegan options and many gluten-free options. reasonable prices. Unfortunately, their hours are very limited, so it can be difficult to order from them.
