We were looking for a spot for a special meal and we definitely found it. A beauty of a patio tucked away from the main drag made for a great evening! Our food (we ordered the lamb kebabs and the roasted lamb) was done perfectly and beautifully presented. Service was delightful! Recommend on the local wine pairing was perfect!

I w... read more This restaurant was not our first choice on this busy holiday weekend but we enjoyed it. The service was a tad bit slow but I prefer that over being rushed. I wasn't impressed with the lamb ribs but my husband loved the lamb chops. The sides were delicious and I enjoyed watching the meal preparation in the open kitchen. I was especially impressed when a different server came over to check on us since we were so intensely watching the kitchen and she wanted to make sure we didn't need anything.

My personal favorites on the menu are the Falafel Burger and the... read more Troy Restaurant and Grill is one of my most favorite places to dine in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. My personal favorites on the menu are the Falafel Burger and the mixed mezze platter. While the warmer weather is here, we enjoyed dining outside under the cover of a beautiful tree. There is lots of shade for dining and only very few hornets or flies, which was a bonus. The outside dining area is fairly large, so we had no problem getting a table immediately when there were wait times elsewhere. Our server was responsible and friendly and answered our questions about the menu, knowledgeably. The cuisine is full of flavor and lots of options to choose from. The menu features fresh ingredients locally sourced from farms, fisheries, and producers. The cocktail menu is filled with drinks from local wineries, breweries, and distilleries. It's a fantastic place for a date or gathering of friends!

I was worried I’d be too la... read more Had the mixed grill dish with Cacik Mezze to start and it was all the best tasting thing I’ve eaten in awhile! Delicious! All of it. I was worried I’d be too late as the kitchen closes at 8 and we got there after 7, but they accommodated us on the patio,which was lovely. Indoors was quite the atmosphere for supper as well. Would recommend.
