When I encountered an issue with the app, I was directed to the counter in the restaurant where Leonie greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to assist. What Nick doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Every time I go to this drive-thru, the service is terrible. They rush you through as quickly as possible to make it seem like they served you fast for their timing statistics. However, once you're parked, it takes ridiculously long to receive a simple order. It's a mess compared to Reading Gate. I live in Earley and will now be going to Gate as I believe I can drive there and back quicker. View all feedback.
Although they do not have any halal options, they do offer vegetarian choices. I enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant.
I am currently sitting in your restaurant while writing this, and I must say that Mollie, the manager, is possibly the rudest manager I have ever encountered. I noticed that one of your employees, who may have learning disabilities or be slightly autistic, was being shouted at by Mollie in front of customers and told to go to the back. This happened because of a small mistake he made by giving me the wrong order and having to make a fresh one. I believe Mollie could benefit from attending a leadership course or learning how to communicate effectively with people.

The most frustrating McDonalds! Missed off items from my order this evening! An entire meal but sealed the bag like it was in there. More focused on Delivery drivers and people going through the drive through and clearly didn’t focus on this order. This branch needs massive improvements more communication to keep up with demand! Waiting times was 45 minutes and the tv screen with orders was not working with the preparing orders. Thanks for taking my money and not giving me what I wanted! Also aside from missing the double quarter pounder off my order this is the state of the wrap you gave me! Another load of rubbish!!
Absolute bunch of spanners cant read PAID FOR DIPS AND DONT EVEN GET THEM
