They exceeded our expectations with fantastic food and amazing service. We couldn't have planned a better celebration for our day. We'll be back many times again in the future.

The pizzas were very good and the portions were g... read more We went to Buon Appetito for for the first time on a Saturday night after having ordered from them many times. The pizzas were very good and the portions were generous. We had the pistachio tiramisu for dessert which was very good as well but a bit expensive (9£ and we did not know the price before the bill came as it was the daily special). However, our evening was ruined by the noise in the restaurant. We were sitting at the back between big groups, including very drunk and noisy customers, which completely ruined our romantic diner. I am not exaggerating when I say that we could not hear each other speaking and left with a headache. We raised this with the staff, and other customers did as well, however nothing was done. We would have appreciated if the staff would have talked to the noisy customers, or made a commercial gesture. I don’t think we will be coming back and we will stick with ordering takeout.

My main was chicken gorgonzola rigatoni in a parmesan sauce. Delicious plenty of it. The service friendliness of the staff was lovely. I can't wait to return have recommended to many friends.

We went for lunch on a Sunday and sat outside. The staff were extremely helpful, offering blankets and a heater. They were friendly and helped us with the menu, but I ended up ordering the calzone again because I loved it last time. I was not disappointed! It was delicious and a generous size. My girlfriend had the Gorgonzola pasta, which I tried and also found to be delicious and filling. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which I typically don't like, but this one had pistachios and was amazing. We also enjoyed some Income Tax cocktails. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better meal!

After a day trip from Swansea to Legoland Windsor with my family, we decided to treat ourselves on the way home with a small detour (just 10 minutes off the M4)... read more After a day trip from Swansea to Legoland Windsor with my family, we decided to treat ourselves on the way home with a small detour (just 10 minutes off the M4) to try out Buon Appetito. What can I say? It was an absolute treat! We were warmly welcomed by a lovely hostess, who happened to be the chef's sister. She took great care of us, ensuring we were comfortable and even chatting with me, my wife, and our 4-year-old daughter. We ordered 3 pizzas: a Napoli, a classic Margherita, and a Calzone Piccante, along with 2 sides of fries (highly recommend the cajun spiced). When the pizzas arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by their generous size and more than fair prices. After a long day of walking, I devoured my calzone. The perfectly cooked dough with beautiful charred bubbles and flavorful filling reminded us of our time in Italy (thanks to the San Marzano tomatoes in the sauce). The standout was the Napoli pizza, with its crispy capers adding a salty crunch. Paired with a large glass of red wine, it made our 3-hour journey home much more enjoyable for my wife. Among all the Italian pizza places we've tried in the UK, this one ranks among the best. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful, family-run gem of a pizza place - you won't regret it!
