I have no idea why I keep ordering from this place, they never get it right! 1. Both sandwiches were missing sauce. 2. I paid extra for avocado and it wasn't even on the sandwich! 3. They gave me the wrong drink and didn't have any cookies available. Just because people use Menulog to order, they shouldn't be careless with orders!
I ordered a delivery and when it arrived, my drink and cookies were missing. Instead, I was given a toastie that looked like it had been toasted for only 10 seconds - the mozzarella cheese hadn't even melted. The pizza I ordered looked unappetizing.
Been here 20 minutes and haven't been served, low staff and extremely annoyed with no apologies for the massive wait
Matt provides exceptional customer service at this restaurant. The place is kept clean, the food is delicious, and the service is quick. This is a great spot for a take-out lunch, with prices ranging from A$1 to A$20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5.
