The senior meals were excellent, with portions that were larger than average, all served by very friendly staff. After reading some reviews, I can only conclude that some people expect a Lexus experience at a Kia price. While this place may not be perfect, which is often the case with pubs and clubs, we enjoyed it so much that we returned each of the three nights we were in Wodonga. The only downside we encountered was that accessibility for individuals with mobility issues could be improved. Nevertheless, we managed, and we look forward to returning whenever we get the chance.

A cold and rainy Monday night called for some curry, so we decided to try Eddie's, which has a big sign outside promoting MONDAY THAI NIGHTS that we pass by every day. Given the emphasis on a Thai Night, we expected a good variety of Thai dishes. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The menu featured only four items labeled as "Thai Night," one of which was Sweet and Sour Pork. We opted for the remaining three dishes—Pad Thai, red beef curry, and green chicken curry—but there were no options for condiments or flavored rice. These dishes were a major letdown; not only did they take nearly an hour to arrive on a quiet Monday night, but they were also far from satisfying.

I ordered the oyster kilpatrick, which was dry, and a medium-rare steak that was cooked correctly in some areas but lacked any taste—it seemed like low-quality meat. The vegetables that accompanied the meal resembled overcooked canned veggies. I couldn't finish my meal as it felt like I was eating cardboard. Additionally, the staff didn’t clear our appetizer plates for the entire two hours we were there. I would recommend seeking out other dining options to avoid disappointment.
